Car parks are often chaotic and hard to navigate. Create a Layout

Leave an additional three or four allocated spaces in the even the more people are hired or that someone who currently walks to work decides to drive sometime in the future. Consider how many clients might visit your premises and ensure that there’s adequate space allocated for them. Ensure that each individual lots are evenly spaced out and that there’s either a one way or two way lane to drive between the lots.
Map it out
Having decided on a layout you will need to map out very clearly each of the lots if you are to ensure that people stick to parking guidelines. Ensure Easy Access
In addition to clear markings and a good layout, remember to clearly demarcate where people can and cannot park. If lots are reserved for employees or clients, make sure that those spaces are clearly marked. With reserved parking place a traffic cone to indicate that no one else can park there. You should also allocate a handicapped parking slot and make sure that it remains reserved. If your parking lot is on a basement level or on a different floor to your offices, ensure that clients especially need not climb several flights of stairs to reach your offices. Provide access to a lift or ensure that they are informed beforehand.
